Mail Order:

To order by post please download the order form below, this give you details of how to order by post. Order Form. All orders must be paid by cheque and must be in UK£ and payable to "R. Hancock". No order will be processed until appropriate payment has been received.

Refunds:

We want you to be happy... If you are not happy with your order you can return all prints to receive a full refund. You must contact us within 14 days of the date of order and the prints must be returned within 30 days. If you fail to contact us within the 14 day period, or we do not receive the prints within the 30 days, refunds will be at the discretion of TIR Heritage. Your refund will not be processed until the prints have been returned and checked. We will allow extra time for the return of prints in special cases, i.e. postage time is greater than the 30 day period, and will we ensure that all refund requests are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Postage Charges:

UK All orders are delivered free to UK postal addresses, The order will be delivered 1st class by Royal Mail and should reach you within a week of your order, If your order has not reached you by 5 working days after you place your order please email care@TIRHeritage.co.uk with the details of your order. Non UK Postage to any non uk address will be subject to a £1.50 ($3) charge to cover costs. This must be paid on all orders that are being sent to non uk postal addresses. Any order that does not include the postage charge will not be processed until payment is received.
